We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website.

When booking an appointment through our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Follow all studio policies and artist instructions during your appointment

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any changes.

For certain appointments, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

Full payment is due at the completion of your tattoo session. We accept cash and major credit cards.

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services at our studio. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all clients.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:

• Do not have any medical conditions that may affect the tattooing process
• Are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Will follow all aftercare instructions provided by our artists

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.

This website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Jimmy's Bali Ink makes no express or implied representations or warranties of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website.

Additionally, nothing contained on this website shall be construed as providing advice to you.

In no event shall Jimmy's Bali Ink, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bali for the resolution of any disputes.
